AEI
provided mechanical engineering services to conduct an HVAC system
assessment throughout the facility and formulate a report of
findings and recommendations for upgrades to resolve space
conditioning issues. Subsequently,
AEI formulated construction documents and provided construction
administration services for the implementation of recommended
remediation. This
project was administered as a design build with Ledgewood
Inc. Currently, AEI is providing mechanical engineering support to
Whipple Calendar Architects for installation of HVAC, plumbing and
automatic sprinkler systems throughout a proposed building
addition which will more than double the size of the facility.
Construction
