AEI provided full-service engineering support (MEPS) to PDT Architects of Portland, ME for this addition/renovation project to support 1280 students.  160,000 square feet of addition was constructed in various sections onto an existing 100,000 square foot structure.  The existing structure was completely renovated including code compliant structural upgrades for wind and seismic considerations.
