In the summer of 2001, AEI was selected by the University of Maine System to perform Commissioning Services for Aubert Hall on the Orono Campus.  This project is currently underway.  The responsibilities assigned to AEI   include:

• Verification  that applicable equipment and systems are installed to industry and manufacturer standards
• Verification that performance of installed equipment meets standards and expectations
• Assure that equipment manuals are complete and accurate
• See that University personnel responsible for the equipment are knowledgeable and adequately trained in the operation and maintenance of the building systems

Installation of equipment has started and allied engineering has reviewed shop drawings and met with University staff.  To the best of our knowledge, this project is proceeding well and to the satisfaction of the University.
