AEI provided "Phase I" HVAC and Electrical engineering support services to Port City Architecture of Portland, ME.  There were major flaws in the original system design and installation resulting in occupant complaints.  At this same time, space renovations to modernize the facility were incorporated.

Construction Budget: $450,000

AEI has been asked to work with Schwartz-Silver Architects, a Boston based architectural firm on Phase II of the two-phase library renovation. Estimated Construction Budget: $1.5 Million.
