MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Applicant should demonstrate experience in building engineering design, functional start-up and testing for HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems.

Responsibilties would include site investigation, code review, calculations, preparation of construction documents (including plans, specifications and budget estimates), and start-up/functional testing oversight and documentation for mechanical equipment and systems. Duties shall include scheduling, supervisory, and marketing activities.

Applicant should possess the following qualifications:

• State of Maine P.E.
  
• AutoCAD Experience
  
• Minimum 5 years of Design Experience
  
• Strong Communication Skills
  
• BSME

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
Applicant should demonstrate experience in design of wood, steel, pre-cast, commercial, CMU and concrete for various size buildings.

Responsibilties would include site investigation, code review, calculations, preparation of construction documents (including plans, specifications and budget estimates. Experience should be representative of educational, light manufacturing and health care facility projects.

Applicant should possess the following qualifications:

• State of Maine P.E. OR E.I.T.
  
• AutoCAD Experience
  
• Minimum 5 years of Design Experience
  
• Strong Communication Skills
